Be a volunteer

You don’t have to be a runner to enjoy this great event. Last year lots of volunteers got involved and had a great time making Osterley Park 10k such a wonderful success for the runners and spectators alike.

This year we’ll be putting together an even bigger volunteer team, looking after the race village in Osterley Park, guiding the runners and helping local residents. It’s a fun & rewarding experience for all and we’d love you to get involved!

You will need to be able to give between 3-4 hours on the day depending on where you are volunteering. The required start time for most volunteer areas will be 8.00am and finish at approx 12:30 or earlier.

As a thank you for creating such a great race we’ll provide you with a breakfast roll, drink and a FREE race place at the following Osterley Park 10k.

There are a large number of roles available on race-day:

  • Team Leaders
  • Race marshals
  • Water station teams
  • Baggage & race village co-ordinators

Volunteering is a great opportunity to feel part of the event and meet new like-minded people.

If you could spare 3-4 hours on race day, Saturday 9th December 2017, then please email volunteer@ealinghalfmarathon.com with your name, email, telephone number or fill in the form below and we’ll be in contact asap.

Thank you!
